Managed the installation team for an experiential bus activation in Los Angeles featuring custom screen displays and 3D character extensions. With the client’s permission, reworked provided creative assets to fit the unique shape and constraints of the bus, including adjusting screen dimensions to accommodate exhaust vents that could not be covered by custom LED-illuminated displays.

Directed the production team by preparing files in the proper format for CNC cutting, which were fabricated and integrated into the final installation. Implemented a remotely activated, modular screen display, incorporating character embellishments into the overall visual design.
