Managed the design process and production team for a large-scale, neon-style illuminated “Audra Gypsy” embellishment created for Audra Day on Broadway. Translated the original 2D artwork into a fully three-dimensional logotype measuring over four feet tall and more than fourteen feet wide.

The piece was mounted to a double-decker bus and featured over 400 custom-positioned bulbs set into precisely measured cutouts in the “Audra” section, allowing each light to fit cleanly through the sintra base and overlayed vinyl texture graphics. The “Gypsy” section utilized color-matched lightbox material, enabling integrated LED strip lighting to shine through and accurately replicate the neon pattern of the digital logo.

Prepared all CNC cut files and designed the vinyl layers for each component, ensuring the complex, multi-layered build assembled seamlessly.
